Part of the role of a child care resource and referral program is collecting and disseminating data about the child care industry. CCR&R maintains a database of all licensed or regulated child care programs, as well as information about families needing child care. This data can help providers understand the child care market in their city or community. Contact CCR&R for current information about average rates, vacancies or common business practices. The Child Care Resource and Referral Network offers a wide variety of training that benefits providers: • Training Workshops South Carolina also has specific regulations regarding the care of infants, specifically related to the risk of fire. One such tax credit falls under the South Carolina Workforce development intiative.
